Water diet!

Water changes the murky blood into clean blood. Water also eliminates waste from the body. Water dieting is as follows !
1. You have a glass of water before you take meals.
2. You don't drink water between meals.
3. You drink a little of the water after meals.
4. You have to carry water bottle anytime and anywhere in order to do water diet.



Yo-Yo dieting

Yo-yo dieting or Yo-yo effect, also known as weight cycling, is the repeated loss and regain of body weight due to excessive hypocaloric dieting. It is very dangerous because people put on weight twice the origina fat. It can be caused by not eating the foods.
At first the dieter may experience elation at the thought of loss and pride of their rejection of food . secondly, the dieter may experience such as depression or fatigue that make the diet impossible to sustain.
I also experienced Yo-yo effect, so I put on weight twice. You don't skip a meal. Skiping a meal is the wrong deit. In other words, what people don't eat in order to lose weight is very wrong action. You must not skiping a mael. If you want to lose weight, you must exercise regularly.!
