One Food Diet!

*One food diet: Banana.

Banana diet is popular recently. If you diet, your face become smaller and your body slim down. Banana diet is the voluptuous diet. When you eat the banana, you feel full and satisfied. Also, you can control your appetite for the sugary food. I recommend the banana diet to you.

*Diet method.

-You eat two bananas and water instead of breakfast in the morning.
-You eat lunch and supper as usual.

Most poeple skip breakfast because they have no time and don't feel hungryAlso, the people skip breakfast because they are on a diet.But, breakfast eaters, even though they consumed more calories, are less likely to be overweight than those who skipped breakfast.Some poeple don't feel hungry in the morning.The stomach strongly don't send a signal in the morning, so most poeple skip breakfast.If they skip breakfast, their muscle and brain can't function.They need a lot of carbohydrates in order to be active their muscle and brain.The body need good carbohydrates(fruit, vegetables, rice..).If you ingest good carbohydrates in the morning, your muscle and brain can function.You have to ingest yogurt, fruit, milk or 김밥. Intake of the protain can maintain until lunch. You don't have to ingest fast food or sandwich in the morning.

Diet food!

*Mushroom
-The mushrooms are low-calorie food and nutrients.
-The mushrooms are plentiful in vitamin, minerals.
-Dietary fiber helps to lower the level of cholesterol and blood sugar.
-The mushrooms also make you feel full.
-The mushrooms are the wholesome food.

*Mushroom cooking.
① mushroom rice : When you cook rice, you put in a lot of mushrooms.
② roast mushroom
③ vegetables seasoned mushroom : When you cook this food, you mix some vegetables and season vegetables with sesme oil.

*Beef and mushrooms salad.
-Ingredients : Beef 200g, mushroom 100g, button mushroom 5~6, shiitake mushroom 6, onion 1/2
-Season with beef : Sesame oil 1/2, crushed garlic 1, salt and ground pepper.
-Hot pepper sauce : Green chilli pepper 2, red chili pepper1,two teaspoons of soy sauce, a teaspoons of sugar and vinegar .

*Recipe
①You try to roast beef one each.
②Roast the mushrooms, button mushrooms and shilitake mushrooms.
③Slice up onions and fill the bowl with cold water.
④Preapare the hot pepper sauce.
⑤You add an ingredient to the mix.

When you stretch , your arm muscles will be relaxed.

1. Place your hands at the end of the chair.
2. Don't move sole of your foots.
3. Your elbows hav to be close to your body as possible.
4. Make sure your sight straight ahead.

2.You take deep breaths in and down the body at the same time.




●You have a set o 12-20 times and 3-5 sets per day.

first .

- Put your legs apart.

- At this time, your feet make an angle of 45 degrees.


second.

- You raise your hips and take deep breaths in.
- Hip →Back →Chest.

You raise your body slowly in this order.


third.
-You tighten your knees and take deep breaths out.

-At this time, you can get rid of extra flab(=hips , thighs, lower abdomen) because your pelvis contract.



fourth.
-You raise your hips and take deep breaths in one more.

-You tighten your knees and take deep breaths out again.

-The sole of your feet are stuck to the floor




Fifth.
-You take deep breaths out.

-Put your hips down slowly.




sixth.
-You have to release your waist from side to side because of immoderate exercise.

1. You fold one leg and stretch the other leg, so your calves muscle feel tight.
You must stand your tiptoe.





2. You lean and straighten back one leg.
Your ankle must straighten.

1. You lie face down and kneel. You pull and raise the other leg.
You feel contraction and relaxation of muscles.




2. You lie upright posture and raise your legs over head.
If you bend your knees, you will be
ineffective.
