Forearm Reducing !

Forearm reducing lifestyle.

*Stretch your arms :
When you stretch , your arm muscles will be relaxed.
Also, you has good circulation.
You keep this act for about 15 ceconds.

*Don't lift the heavy things :
You don't lift the beavy things because the outside arm muscles are thick.

*Shake your arms :
The power-walking is effectibe becasue it can burn fat.

*Keep the correct posture :
You have the upright posture.
Also, the chest is out and the shoulers are back.


Arm exercise.

1. Place your hands at the end of the chair.
2. Don't move sole of your foots.
3. Your elbows hav to be close to your body as possible.
4. Make sure your sight straight ahead.


1.Put your body down slowly.
2.You take deep breaths in and down the body at the same time.




●You have a set o 12-20 times and 3-5 sets per day.
You do this exercise two times a week
