Most poeple skip breakfast because they have no time and don't feel hungryAlso, the people skip breakfast because they are on a diet.But, breakfast eaters, even though they consumed more calories, are less likely to be overweight than those who skipped breakfast.Some poeple don't feel hungry in the morning.The stomach strongly don't send a signal in the morning, so most poeple skip breakfast.If they skip breakfast, their muscle and brain can't function.They need a lot of carbohydrates in order to be active their muscle and brain.The body need good carbohydrates(fruit, vegetables, rice..).If you ingest good carbohydrates in the morning, your muscle and brain can function.You have to ingest yogurt, fruit, milk or 김밥. Intake of the protain can maintain until lunch. You don't have to ingest fast food or sandwich in the morning.
