One Food Diet!

*One food diet: Banana.

Banana diet is popular recently. If you diet, your face become smaller and your body slim down. Banana diet is the voluptuous diet. When you eat the banana, you feel full and satisfied. Also, you can control your appetite for the sugary food. I recommend the banana diet to you.

*Diet method.

-You eat two bananas and water instead of breakfast in the morning.
-You eat lunch and supper as usual.
